Mary Ellen Psaltis
Mary Ellen Psaltis is a Certified Nutrition and
Wellness Consultant, an activational Well Being Speaker,
and a newspaper columnist.
Highly in demand as a speaker, Mary Ellen makes
presentations on well being throughout the U.S. and
Canada. Her speaking - like her writing - is seasoned
with humorous reflections and heartfelt observations
about life, family and the art of living extremely well.
She serves as Chair for the Council on Well Being with
the Alliance of the American Dental Society, volunteers
with her church, and is active in Toastmasters
International.
Mary Ellen and husband Greg make their home in
Olympia, Washington where Mary Ellen is also a full time
parent to the one very busy teenage son still living at
home.
Favorite activities just for her? Mary Ellen enjoys
weight training, bike riding, nutrition and reading -
and her annual treks to sunny Mexico where she and her
husband are helping to set up dental clinics.

Maureen (Mo) Kiefert
Now in her 70s, Mo Kiefert considers herself a "late
bloomer" and declares this to be the very best time of her
busy life.
A native of Minnesota, Mo holds degrees in criminology
and counseling and credentials as a licensed
Marriage/Family Therapist. After years of successful work
in relationship, addiction and anger management
counseling, Mo retired in the late '90's but soon was back
in school in a three year program to become a Licensed
Unity Teacher.
She has served as a Stephen Minister and volunteered for
Hospice where she wrote life stories of hospice patients.
She currently sits on the Advisory Board for Circles of
Love, an eductional/support group for families of men with
prostate cancer.
Happily in her second marriage for the past 20 plus years,
Mo and husband Jim share eight children, 13 grandchildren
and 5 great-grandchildren and divide their time between
Arizona and Washington State.
Mo is passionate about her family, writing, cooking,
quilting, reading and exercise. She especially loves to
write and perform wedding ceremonies - watch for her
upcoming book of wedding ceremony ideas.
